The Fates are cackling their bony asses off…
It’s been a year since Seth made the deal with the gods that pledged his life to them. And so far, the jobs they’ve given him have been violent and bloody–which is kind of all right with him. But now Apollo has something else in mind for Seth. He’s got to play protector while keeping his hands and fingers off, and for someone who really has a problem with restraint, this new assignment might be the most challenging yet. Josie has no idea what this crazy hot guy’s deal might be, but it’s a good bet that his arrival means the new life she started after leaving home is about to be thrown into an Olympian-sized blender turned up to puree. Either Josie is going insane or a nightmare straight out of ancient myth is gunning for her.
But it might be the unlikely attraction simmering between her and the golden-eyed, secret-keeping Seth that may prove to be the most dangerous thing of all.
Because history has once again been flipped to repeat.
HELLO COVENANT SERIES FANATICS!
LOOK WHO’S HERE?
If you’ve noticed the use of caps lock, well you need to
picture out that while I’m typing this post, I’m practically doing this at the same time..
LOL. I know Waiting on Wednesday is done, but then I’ve stumbled upon iHeartBigBooks‘ blog and found an interview with model Drew Leighty. Wondering who he is? He’s the face of Seth (Oh God! He’s super hot!) on the cover of the The Titan series which is the spin-off of the Covenant.
Here’s some snippets of the interview:
- How did you get into modeling? and is it something you’ve always wanted to do? An opportunity you just couldn’t refuse?
I got into modeling through a scam that worked out to my advantage, eventually being fortunate enough to work alongside Scott Hoover. However, my goal growing up was to be a professional baseball player. Since that obviously didn’t happen I chose the next best thing, which kept me as center of attention and allowed me to wear tight pants.
- Haha! You certainly wore tight pants for this shoot. Sentinel pants! *ahem* moving on…You’re making waves right now for portraying Seth on the cover of The Return, written by the wildly successful, New York Times Bestselling Author, Jennifer L. Armentrout. Tell us a story! How did this whole thing come about?
After many years of struggling as a model and actor I had somewhat given up and refocused on school, work, and family. Eventually I did another shoot and realized how much I missed doing what I love so I revamped my style and added another option for a career path. Again being fortunate enough to have Scott Hoover as a longtime friend and photog, I shot with him to update my look and again he opened the door for me into this side of the modeling industry where I met my fantastic and hardworking manager Ellie and amazing writer Jen.

But wait there’s more! Haha! Here’s a teaser from Jennifer Armentrout’s Facebook account 😀
That’s a lot to process right? So much awesomeness! 😀 I’m so excited for its released next year. February 2015 is more or less three months away (Oh God! Today is what? Just November. Sigh). That’s a pretty long wait. I want my Seth. Like right about now. 😀
I have not read this series yet, but I really, really want to 🙂 Maybe I should just start with it – like right now 😉
Covenant series do have so much FEELS. Like a lot. You should read it first before this book so you could relate why I love Seth 🙂
