Is there anything that makes you keep returning to certain blogs?
I would say that the first thing is the blog’s layout, if the blog is well organized. Not specifically pretty though. The blog can be plain, as long as everything I want to check is on hand. I’m trying to visit a lot of blogs every day so I don’t want to spend a certain amount of time searching a blog for something I want to see. I don’t have the patience. Lol! I’m just lazy. And of course, the blog’s content. I usually visit those blogs that has the same genre of books I’m reading and that’s a lot I tell you. Not that I’m limiting myself to just fantasy books, I also visit some other blogs that’s not into it so I can check for other genres as well. Not too often though. Last would be giveaways. Yes. Lol! There are bloggers who put up nice giveaways every week so I make sure that I check their blogs so I could join them. I love freebies! ♥

See, I’m terrible at either doing giveaways or entering them, so they tend to not be a big draw! I agree with the design though, I really don’t like having to endlessly scroll etc. It’s partially a lazy thing, but also a bit of a pet-peeve. I will definitely come back for interesting books! I was always really bad about giveaways until I randomly entered one and ended up winning. Now I’m all about the giveaways! I like easy to navigate as well. If I’m having to scroll down or click through things I lose interest.

Multiple giveaways going on at my blog if you want to stop. There are a number of them this month and into March and April.
I do like a neatly arranged blog and nice “clean” designs.
Similar reading genres keep me coming back too.

I agree with you about the blog layout. The blogs I visit regularly all have an easy format so I enjoy and understand their posts. I love giveaways too. I mainly post giveaways from blog tour companies but I do try to host my own giveaway once in a while (and when I have money to spend lol). Have a great week!
