Welcome to the newest content of my blog!
This will mostly include Filipino dishes and everything I’ve set my spoon and fork on
so be prepared to get hungry and drool! 😀
TARA KAIN! (Come on. Let’s eat!)
Here’s one of my personal favorites. I cooked it! 😀
Chicken Tinola
Traditionally, this dish is cooked with chicken, wedges of green papaya, and leaves of the siling labuyo chili pepper in broth flavored with ginger, onions and fish sauce. A common variant substitutes pork for chicken, chayote instead of papaya, or moringa leaves known as marungay or malunggay or kamunggay (in Cebuano), instead of pepper leaves. — Wikipedia
This looks interesting!
