Weekly Photo Challenge is hosted by The Daily Post,
where we publish a new post with a photo interpreting the weekly theme..
Basking The Day Away..
This week’s theme is:
-the quality, state, or sensation of being warm;
moderate and comfortable heat.
-enthusiasm, affection, or kindness.
-vehemence or intensity of emotion.
I’m sorry that you’re disappointed about me not wearing a bikini. I don’t want to risk my friends having nightmares. Lol! The photo was taken at Subic, Zambales which is a place that’s so dear to me. That’s where my Mom’s hometown is and the beaches are divine. I usually just sit there basking in the sun while taking a nap or reading a book. I wish I could go back one of these days. 😉
“I cannot endure to waste anything so precious
as autumnal sunshine by staying in the house.”

I have to admit that I am not one for sunbathing or beach holidays, but relaxing in the shade with a good book sounds like a good idea and Subic looks divine, although I have to admit to having to Google the name to discover its whereabouts 🙂
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend.
Oh! I’m sure you’ll love to discover Subic. Have a great week! ♥
What a luxury! I agree with Fiction-Books, I would totally run away to this place to read!
I miss the place. I wish we could go there together. You’ll love it there swear 🙂
Wait, how far away is Subic, Zambales from you?
4 to 5 hours. Traffic included. Lol 🙂
Oh wow, that’s almost how long it takes to drive down south to visit with my momma 😦
Yeah and I really don’t have time to travel that far given my work schedule so I miss the place terribly. 😦
